Azure Palm Hot Springs is a premium, swimsuit-required day-use mineral spa and wellness resort. While the communal public pools are strictly textile-mandatory, it offers a clean, odorless, and upscale alternative to raw wilderness springs if you don’t mind wearing a suit. For a completely clothing-optional experience here, you must book an overnight stay in one of their private spa suites, which feature individual, in-room mineral soaking tubs.

Day Pass Access & Reservations

Because this is a high-end commercial property, access to the hot springs is carefully managed to prevent overcrowding. You do not need to buy a hotel room to experience the mineral waters, but you do need to plan ahead.

The Oasis Day Pass: Standalone day passes can be purchased to grant you full access to the outdoor mineral swimming pool, multiple hot spring spa pools, the dry sauna, reflexology walks, and the outdoor lounge areas from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Reservations are Mandatory: You cannot simply roll up to the front desk and buy a pass on a whim. Day-use guests are required to reserve their spot in advance online or over the phone. Weekend slots fill up quickly, so booking a few weeks out is highly recommended.
What is Included: Your day pass registration covers the cost of a private locker, robe, and slippers for the day, meaning you can leave your own towels and heavy gear at home.

How to Get There

The resort is located in Desert Hot Springs, in the Miracle Hill area known for its geothermal aquifers, about 20 minutes north of Palm Springs.

From I-10: Take the Palm Drive exit and head north toward Desert Hot Springs for about 5 miles. Turn right onto Hacienda Avenue. The resort will be on your left, offering a paved, easily accessible parking lot for any vehicle type.

Unlike a rugged backcountry spring, this is a fully manicured, luxury commercial space.

Pack Your Best Swimwear: Standard swimsuits are strictly enforced in the main mineral pool, reflexology walks, and outdoor lounging areas.
Sun Protection: The desert sun is intense. Bring reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses, and a sun hat for outdoor lounging.
Leave at Home: Outside food, alcohol, and glass are prohibited on the pool deck. The resort features an on-site healthy cafe for refreshments and dining.
